Overview

A dedicated event management and ticketing platform developed for the Accounting Information Systems Student Association (HIMASIA) at UTDI.

Manual registration via Google Forms created severe check-in bottlenecks, payment verification delays, and lost participant data.

The Solution

Automated QR Code Tickets: Generated encrypted QR code tickets emailed instantly upon payment confirmation. Camera-Based Check-in Scanner: Developed a mobile scanner PWA allowing committees to check in attendees in under 2 seconds. Financial Accounting Integration: Automated income and expenditure reporting for committee treasurers.
